Job Description
Main Duties
- Take ownership of design tasks across all phases—from discovery and prototyping to delivery and iteration.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Create high-fidelity visuals and interaction models that align with platform conventions and usability standards.
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings to drive iterative improvements.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of UI guidelines and libraries.
- Produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Effectively articulate design rationale and UX decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the adoption of user-centered design practices within the broader product and tech teams.
- Stay current with design trends and emerging UX technologies.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics.
- Understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, or similar.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance business goals with user needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Experience working with B2B products it’s a plus.
- Some experience on conducting UX Research it’s also consider a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related discipline—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in UX design roles, ideally in agile product development environments. Portfolio of work demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes and results.
- Previous experience working with cross-functional product teams, ideally within tech or SaaS companies.
