JOB OVERVIEW
As a UX Designer, you will contribute to the design and evolution of user-centric experiences for Welocalize’s products. You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive and consistent interfaces, collaborating cross-functionally to implement design strategies that support business and user needs.

Main Duties

    • Take ownership of design tasks across all phases—from discovery and prototyping to delivery and iteration.
    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design concepts.
    • Create high-fidelity visuals and interaction models that align with platform conventions and usability standards.
    • Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings to drive iterative improvements.
    • Participate in the development and maintenance of UI guidelines and libraries.
    • Produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
    • Effectively articulate design rationale and UX decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Support the adoption of user-centered design practices within the broader product and tech teams.
    • Stay current with design trends and emerging UX technologies.

Required Skills & Knowledge

    • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics.
    • Understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
    • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, or similar.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to balance business goals with user needs in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
    • Written and spoken fluency in English
    • Experience working with B2B products it’s a plus.
    • Some experience on conducting UX Research it’s also consider a plus.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related discipline—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 4 years in UX design roles, ideally in agile product development environments. Portfolio of work demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes and results.
    • Previous experience working with cross-functional product teams, ideally within tech or SaaS companies.
