- Journey Optimization: Map and refine user flows, solving pain points with logical, user-centric solutions.
- User Insights: Use research (interviews, surveys, analytics) to uncover needs and drive UX improvements.
- Detail-Driven Execution: Lead feature design and process enhancements, ensuring polished, intuitive experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on UX initiatives.
- Data-Driven: Leverage analytics and A/B testing to validate and refine UX optimizations.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on financial/Web3 UX trends, proposing innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Education: Bachelor’s in Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in product management with UX focus; financial (FinTech, payments) or Web3 (DeFi, wallets, NFTs) experience is a plus.
- Deep UX sensitivity and logical problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for intuitive experiences.
- Proficient in analytics and UX tools (e.g., Figma).
