The Quality and Efficiency (Release Management) team at Binance ensures smooth and reliable delivery of our financial products. We manage the end-to-end release process, working closely with internal tech teams to optimize workflows, reduce release cycles, and maintain platform integrity. Responsibilities

Understand business/technical requirements and translate to performance test requirements
Participate in/Drive design and implement architecture and code-level optimizations
Closely work with devops to ensure production high availability
Design performance test strategy to validate Load, Stability, Scalability, and Reliability standards of the application are achieved
Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
Develop tools to automate performance monitoring, testing, analyzing issues

Requirements

Must Have

1. Ability to find the root cause of performance bottlenecks and provide solutions

2. Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting performance issues for microservice system

3. Solid java performance analysis/tuning skills

4. Proficiency with Databases – MySQL, Mongo, etc

5. Be familiar with middleware (kafka, redis, rabbitmq, etc) analysis/troubleshooting

6. Hands-on experience in setting up test environment

7. Have experience in container/k8s technology

8. Comfortable with Linux in terms of both tools and systems administration

9. Passion for driving for Performance, Scalability and Reliability of all systems

10. Proven use of Performance engineering tools (e.g. K6, Jmeter etc)

11. Language: java(must), rust(nice to have)

Nice to Have

1. Hands on experience in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP,ali cloud, etc)

2. Hands on experience in setting up monitoring system(e.g. prometheus, grafana)

3. Experience in performance testing in production environment

4. Experience in triaging production performance issues

5. Linux performance analysis skills

6. Experience working in a distributed team

7. Efficiently leverage APM to troubleshooting performance issues
