Job Description

Creatio is looking for a highly skilled Senior PPC Manager responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and collaborating closely with internal teams to strategize and execute future campaigns. The role plays a critical part in generating detailed dashboards and reports to provide comprehensive insights into campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

    • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
    • Manage marketing campaign schedules across various channels and regions.
    • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Develop innovative paid advertising approaches in close collaboration with management.
    • Plan and execute lead generation and brand awareness campaigns alongside other teams.

Candidate Requirements:

    • 4+ years of work experience in a similar position; experience in Google Ads, Search Campaigns, Google Display, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or other paid media channels;
    • Ability to launch a campaign from scratch (from implementing pixel and setting up conversions);
    • Strong understanding of the lead-to-revenue cycle and marketing/sales funnel;
    • Comprehensive understanding of conversion bid strategies and audience targeting implementation;
    • Experience with CRM and various analytical systems GA4, Power BI, etc.;
    • Experience in the B2B or software development industry is highly preferred.
