Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
- Regulatory & External Reporting
- Own the end-to-end regulatory reporting process — from gathering business requirements and writing technical specifications to overseeing timely and compliant delivery
- Be the data partner for internal stakeholders, ensuring regulatory obligations are met with accuracy and transparency
- Support the calculation and monitoring process of internal risk & financial metrics
- Work closely with data engineers and product developers to optimize data pipelines, ensuring data for Reporting is stable, reliable, and well-structured
- Drive collaboration across risk, finance, compliance, and product teams, aligning data solutions with business needs
- Enable self-service access to data by guiding internal users in effectively navigating and leveraging key datasets
- Assist in developing clear, actionable visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Metabase, and Python
- Continuously identify and implement enhancements to data flow and reporting workflows, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and transparency
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, risk analysis, or a related role within fintech, banking, or data-driven organizations
- Proficiency in SQL (e.g., BigQuery, Databricks, PostgreSQL) and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Experience in preparing data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Metabase, or Python
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Highly proactive and organized, with a start-up mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards in financial services or fintech
- Experience collaborating closely with data engineering teams
- Exposure to building internal data products or supporting self-service analytics initiatives
- Languages: English – full working proficiency; Russian – basic working proficiency
