Job Description
What you’ll do
- Be a key member in our Sales Operations team, work across the entire sales organisation and play a central role in driving our strategy as we grow.
- You’ll be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and drive projects designed to improve performance, efficiency and scalability across all sales teams.
- Own cross-departmental projects and collaborate with other teams such as data, AI, growth and product.
- Work closely with our Sales Enablement team to educate and drive process adoption across the sales organization.
What you bring
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales operations role in SaaS or Fintech company, ideally supporting high-volume sales and/or account management organisations.
- Experience working in a fast-growing companies, where impact, execution and scalability are a priority.
- Experience with sales and AM processes: Diagnosing, building, implementing, and change management across business teams.
- Passion for building new things, shaking up the foundations, and never accepting “it’s how we’ve always done it” as an answer. Ambition to create a world class ‘vehicle’ for our business teams to achieve their ambitious goals. Our goal is to be leaders and innovators, not followers.
- Fluent English.
- Bonus points:
- Experience in using AI and machine learning sales, AM or CSM tools
- Experience using Salesforce and data analysis skills.
- Experience working in or with AM and CSM teams, in either a management or operations capacity.
- Experience in managing cross-departmental projects.
