Job Description
The role and key responsibilities:
- Your key goal is to drive new accounts to Finom and drive revenue for the business
- This is achieved by converting leads from various in direct sales channels with a mix of new prospecting and reengaging accounts from marketing
- You will cover the entire European market with a focus in DE, FR, IT, and ES and other markets as we look to expand further
- You will own the relationship and engagement with all your accounts and deliver a best in class service and sales process, including outreach, demos, and closing deals
- Reporting directly to the Manager of Outbound Sales you will support the strategic growth of the division and collaborate with Sales Ops and Product teams
- Responsible for your pipeline of accounts across the full sales cycle, and optimising pipeline management to drive efficiency
- Communication will be key and we want to execute strong daily activity levels to drive customer conversations via phone, email, video meetings, and LinkedIn
- We target SMEs and serial Entrepreneurs looking to scale their businesses so work with high volumes in a fast paced environment
- Finom sales has delivered over 300% annual revenue growth as this stems from our high performance culture which every team member buys into and strives to raise the bar for others
Required experience and skills:
- 1-3 years minimum working in an outbound sales role such as SDR / BDR / AE
- Experience working in high volume sales such as SMB / SME sales
- Experience working the end to end customer cycle is helpful
- Financial services knowledge is beneficial but not essential
- Desire to work in a fast moving scale up business
- High performance mentality and self motivation to be the best is key
- Strong sales skills in pitching and prospecting clients is a must
- Ambitious and hungry to launch a successful career within Sales
- Fluent English is essential - additional languages are beneficial
