Job Description
THE ROLE
As an Implementation Specialist for Eventbrite Ads, your primary responsibility will be to provide dedicated support to ensure the successful integration of our ad solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in bridging the gap between sales and implementation, ensuring our creators have the best experience possible.
YOU WILL
- Provide dedicated implementation support to the Eventbrite Ads business unit.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate Eventbrite Ads into creator business practices.
- Focus on efficient business practices using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Retool, CMSs, and Project Management systems.
- Deliver exceptional post-sales support, including data extraction, delivery, training, implementation, and consulting.
- Partner with sales for pre-sales support and client renewals.
- Handle invoice, billing, and team project management.
- Maintain clear communication about project status with key stakeholders.
- Address ad-hoc Customer Support product inquiries and coordinate product updates to customer-facing teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign performance.
THE SKILLSET
- 3-4+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, or account management, preferably in the entertainment/events or SaaS industries.
- Highly organized multi-tasker with a keen attention to detail.
- Adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Professional interaction and presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Suite, and web-based presentation technology.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Desire to work in an innovative and dynamic company.
- Prior industry experience is a plus.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. You may also be eligible to participate in Eventbrite’s incentive program(s) (such as equity, annual incentive bonus and commission plans), subject to the applicable rules and restrictions.
