Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and qualify inbound and outbound prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape; identify key segments and ideal customer profiles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track engagement metrics, and report on pipeline progress.
- Campaign Execution: Customize messaging for outbound campaigns to build interest and open new conversations.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to improve conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in an SDR or similar B2B sales role (preferably SaaS, CRM, or automation software).
- Fluent German.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to multitask across leads, accounts, and follow-ups.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt based on performance insights.
- Understanding of customer pain points and value-based selling techniques.
- Customer-centric and empathetic.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and persistence.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
