You will manage candidates through the entire interview process, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage candidates through the entire interview process (sourcing, updating candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, setting expectations, etc.) while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified passive candidates.
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes.
- Enhance referral programs to maximize the number of network-based referrals.
- Gather feedback from candidates and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process including employer branding initiatives.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with company goals and values.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent across both technical and nontechnical roles.
- Previous experience recruiting and scaling an early-stage team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to act as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
