The ideal candidate has experience with large initiatives involving significant business change, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment. As a Programme Manager at Cyderes, you will be responsible for implementing and upgrading program quality control plans, monitoring and upgrading programs, and serving as the focal point for clients. You will also plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget. With experience in cost-benefit analysis and data-driven decision making, you will drive positive business outcomes and contribute to the success of Cyderes' clients. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The Program Manager will have the overall responsibility of implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and ensuring the work meets Fishtech and the client’s requirements.
- The Program Manager serves as the focal point for the client for all program activities and is responsible forthe overall quality and standard conformance under the Statement of Work (“SOW”).
- The Program Manager can plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within the budget.
Requirements:
- Program management experience with leading large initiatives that involve significant business change is required.
- Excellent communication skills, including proven abilities to facilitate and influence the outcome of cross-functional meetings, champion ideas, and influence key stakeholders across the organization to obtain buy-in, is required.
- Experience with cost-benefit analysis in preparing/reviewing business cases is expected.
- A deep understanding of how to leverage data to make decisions that drive positive business outcomes is expected.
- A Program Manager has advanced communication and presentation skills, including proven abilities to facilitate and influence the outcome of cross-functional meetings and influence key stakeholders.
- A Program Manager can adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and the ability to react quickly, dynamically, and intelligently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative relationship-building styleis expected.
