Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth for Binance Pay product.
- Design and implement initiatives to increase user engagement and retention.
- Analyze user behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute loyalty programs, referral programs, and other engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to the team and stakeholders.
- Constant refinement on product workflow design to ensure the platform is intuitive for seamless operation to optimize conversion rate in the designated markets
- Ensure operational efficiency and high accuracy in product configuration.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of payments/fintech experience with strong knowledge of the card/payments industry
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills and ability to manage projects as part of a cross-functional team
- Self-starter, problem solver, results-oriented and able to execute fast in a dynamic setting
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to generate insights with data
