Responsibilities

Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth for Binance Pay product.
Design and implement initiatives to increase user engagement and retention.
Analyze user behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute loyalty programs, referral programs, and other engagement strategies.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to the team and stakeholders.
Constant refinement on product workflow design to ensure the platform is intuitive for seamless operation to optimize conversion rate in the designated markets
Ensure operational efficiency and high accuracy in product configuration.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 5 - 7 years of payments/fintech experience with strong knowledge of the card/payments industry
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills and ability to manage projects as part of a cross-functional team
Self-starter, problem solver, results-oriented and able to execute fast in a dynamic setting
Critical thinking and analytical skills to generate insights with data
