Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Product Optimization:
- Establish comprehensive data monitoring systems for core metrics (user journeys, conversion funnels, engagement)
- Analyze product flow conversion data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
- Develop user behavior models and conversion funnel monitoring systems for key paths (registration to transaction)
- Conduct A/B testing and data iteration to drive continuous improvement
- Produce regular data reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Design and implement conversion strategies for core user flows (registration, KYC, deposit, trading)
- Optimize user touchpoints across channels (in-app content, push notifications, AI+ SMS tools)
- Plan and execute incentive campaigns to boost user activation and retention
- Support marketing strategy deployment and performance analysis
- Streamline marketing tools and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Manage and optimize existing product features through iterative improvements
- Establish user feedback loops integrating customer service, reviews, and research data
- Document operational processes (MRD writing) and improve workflows
- Identify pain points through business analysis and implement solutions via operational strategies
- Participate in departmental process optimization and mechanism iteration
Requirements:
- 4+ years in digital product operations (crypto/Web3 experience preferred)
- Educational background in Business Analytics, CS or related fields
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and user flow design
- Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in user research methods and data analysis
- Product design skills with innovative problem-solving ability
- Familiar with complete product development lifecycle
- MRD/PRD documentation capability
- Experience designing incentive campaigns and touchpoint strategies
- Ability to build behavioral models and monitoring systems
- Process optimization and workflow improvement experience
- Strong A/B testing and experimentation methodology
