Job Summary
We are seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join Plaid's team in the United States. As a key member of the People Analytics Team, you will help create the vision and build the future of Plaid’s People reporting & analysis foundation. You will deliver data analysis and support for key People initiatives, create foundational data products that analyze People data, and serve as a trusted advisor to the People Team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with data visualization platforms, SQL, Python or R, and a proven ability to scale data reports. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliver data analysis and support for key People initiatives, including semi-annual performance evaluations, promotions, employee surveys, talent reviews, and special projects
- Create and manage foundational data products that analyze People data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that inform strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiency
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the People Team with self-service data capabilities, enabling them to access and analyze data independently
- Partner in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and datasets that support cross-functional analytics and strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with data visualization platforms, with Tableau experience a plus
- 5+ years of experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- 2+ years of experience in SQL, Python or R
- 2+ yrs in a People Analytics, Recruiting Analytics, or other People related research or reporting role
- Proven ability to scale data reports and experience working with large and complex datasets
- Familiarity with Data Warehouse and ETL processes, connections and partnership with engineering
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
- Commitment to a high level of ownership, confidentiality, and detail
