As a Partnership Manager – Spain, you will drive growth and activation of Addingwell's network of partners across the Spanish market. Your mission is to source and recruit new agency and technology partners, lead onboarding and certification, manage partner performance, and contribute to revenue growth through indirect channels. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, represent Addingwell in the Spanish partner ecosystem, and share local feedback and insights with the global team. With a strong focus on partnership development, revenue enablement, internal and external collaboration, and success metrics, you will play a key role in building the Spanish market from the ground up. As Partnership Manager – Spain, your mission is to grow and activate Addingwell’s network of partners across the Spanish market.
About Addingwell by Didomi
Addingwell is the leading Server-Side Tracking solution in Europe. We help advertisers regain control of their data collection, better manage their marketing strategy, and improve performance through a robust, easy-to-deploy, and fully managed solution.
As of April 2025, Addingwell joined Didomi, the European leader in consent management (CMP). Together, we're building a unified suite focused on compliance, performance, and data sovereignty. This strategic move allows us to expand our offering and accelerate our shared mission.
You'll drive acquisition, onboarding, and enablement of agency and technology partners while executing a local adaptation of our global strategy.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing and contribute to revenue growth through indirect channels. You’ll also be supported and coached by the Head of Partnerships France, who will share proven best practices to scale effectively.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
🧩 Partner Development
Source and recruit new agency and technology partners in Spain.
Lead onboarding and certification of new partners.
Manage a portfolio of active partners and track performance.
📈 Revenue & Enablement
Deliver partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
Support partners in commercial cycles and co-selling.
Monitor partner activity and support their long-term success.
🤝 Internal & External Collaboration
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns and events.
Represent Addingwell in the Spanish partner ecosystem (e.g., webinars, conferences).
Share local feedback and insights with the global team.
🎯 Success Metrics
Number of new active partners onboarded.
Revenue generated via the partner channel.
Partner satisfaction and retention.
Quality and consistency of local reporting.
✅ Requirements
Must-Have
Native-level Spanish and strong English proficiency.
2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Self-starter mindset, able to thrive in a remote, international team.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in SaaS or AdTech/MarTech.
Knowledge of the Iberian digital agency ecosystem.
Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools.
