Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Service Desk team, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues, software installations, and PC troubleshooting.
- Maintain and optimize the company's IT infrastructure for peak stability and performance.
- Strategically enhance and scale IT processes and architecture to support a growing workforce.
- Manage procurement, configuration, and setup of workstations to accommodate expanding team needs.
- Lead the installation and configuration of network and software systems, ensuring seamless operation across departments.
- Foster strong relationships with IT vendors and contractors, ensuring service excellence.
- Utilize JIRA for project management, ensuring clear tracking and execution of IT tasks.
- Proactively identify and integrate market-leading IT solutions in areas such as SaaS, Asset Management, MDM, Patch Management, Access Management, and EDR.
- Develop and refine the ServiceDesk tool stack to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in building and managing IT infrastructure for organizations of approximately 1000 employees.
- Experience in setting up and purchasing laptops in a company with a large number of offices in Europe
- Proficient in configuring and installing Windows, with strong skills in software installation across Linux and Mac OS.
- Deep understanding of PC hardware, networking principles, and network equipment installation.
- Strong project management skills and experience using tools like JIRA.
- Proficiency in both English (minimum B1+ level).
