As a Junior Client Success Manager, you will play an integral role in post-sales client relationships, campaign management, and account expansion opportunities. You will work closely with the Growth Sales Team, Client Service support teams, and other cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI. With 2+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise, you will advise clients on effective campaign strategies, onboard new clients, and drive retention and growth. Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals
- Advise clients on effective campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
- Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic recommendations and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
- Onboard new clients to the Stackadapt platform, providing them with adequate training, support and resources to be fully self-serve
- Drive retention and growth by helping clients maximize their usage of StackAdapt’s capabilities
- Resolve customer inquiries; ensuring that questions and issues are addressed within established SLAs
- Assist in the creation of Support documentation for frequently experienced challenges
What you'll bring to the table:
- 2+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
- Experience running Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
- Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue
- The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
- Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience providing training and explaining concepts to clients who have different levels of knowledge of programmatic advertising
