Flipster is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale its full-funnel user growth engine. The role involves defining and leading the global growth marketing strategy, managing a lean team, and partnering with Product, BD, and Data engineers to drive initiatives that compound over time. Responsibilities include defining and executing paid channels, lifecycle campaigns, and organic growth efforts, as well as overseeing campaign execution and growth experiments. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of leading multi-functional teams and delivering measurable ROI. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and lead Flipster’s global growth marketing strategy across acquisition, lifecycle (CRM), and organic channels, aligning with company goals and product roadmap
- Own performance across paid channels and lifecycle campaigns, setting KPIs and budget allocation to drive scalable, efficient user growth
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across performance marketing, CRM, and SEO, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Oversee campaign execution and growth experiments, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and creative teams
- Develop and manage a data-driven growth operating model, including forecasting, funnel metrics, attribution, and performance dashboards
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to optimize user journeys and conversion flows from acquisition through retention
- Lead SEO strategy in partnership with content and technical teams to grow qualified organic traffic and visibility
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and go-to-market strategies that support user acquisition, retention, and trading volume growth
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, including 3+ years in a lead managerial position
- Proven success leading multi-functional growth teams across paid acquisition, CRM, and SEO, preferably in crypto, fintech, or Web3
- Demonstrated ability to manage significant growth budgets and deliver measurable ROI
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience building and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and performance analytics
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Iterable or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or another APAC language is a strong plus
