We are a small but strong team of 140 people (and growing) hyper-focussed on delivering a world-class platform and unparalleled service with our industry-leading partnerships. To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Financial Controller to help spearhead our financial services.

What you'll be doing:

    • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, balance sheet, and fixed assets.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP with the support of external accountants.
    • Manage and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
    • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Coordinate external audits and liaise with external accountants and tax advisors.
    • Prepare variance analysis, support with forecasts, and budget-to-actual reports.
    • Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets and financial KPIs.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial and tax regulations.
    • Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
    • Collaborate with the FP&A team to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
    • Utilise in-house systems and financial software to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

What you’ll need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).
    • 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial control, preferably in a U.S. corporation with high transaction volume.
    • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX compliance).
    • Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ERPs) and advanced Excel skills.
    • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
