Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the Thailand Gulf Binance Exchange, ensuring compliance with SEC filing requirements and local statutory regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the exchange's growth and profitability.
- Manage the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including SEC filings.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the security and integrity of financial data.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial management, regulatory compliance, and business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of SEC filing requirements and local financial regulations in Thailand.
- Proven experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
