Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Take ownership and lead growth of our spot trading market share, which includes partnering with cross-functional teams and identifying opportunities for growth
- Strategy Planning: Strong understanding for the industry and users, systematically plan the roadmap for business growth together with key stakeholders
- KPI Definition and Tracking: Strong data analysis skill, can dig out the key insights from data analysis. Define, track, and improve KPIs
- Optimize Operational Process and Structure: Build and run a high-efficiency daily operation system to support rapid growth of the business
- Product and Tool Optimization: Drive product and tooling initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Cross BU alignment: Strong influence and partnership with related BUs to achieve the best result for both Spot trading and BUs
Requirements
- 8 -10 year(s) of relevant experience in financial/crypto industry
- Good understanding of financial/blockchain business especially in trading strategy, trade structuring and cross business unit/division partnerships
- Able to engage client for sales pitch along with cross business unit team members
- Be able to work independently under minimal supervision to overcome challenges and also provide guidance to team members
- Have clear, logical thinking, leveraging data to provide solutions
- Good critical thinking, great communication skills, highly driven and a quick-learner
