Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle accounting for a legal entity based in Lithuania, using 1C or its local equivalent
- Timely reporting to VMI and Sodra, including VAT, CIT, payroll taxes, and statutory registers
- Supporting international financial reporting in English: P&L, Cash Flow, reconciliations
- Operational support: handling incoming/outgoing payments, invoices, acts
- Coordinating with auditors and external tax/legal consultants
- Supporting the team with financial and documentation-related matters
- Accurate accounting of crypto processing revenues and costs
Professional Requirements:
- Higher education in accounting, audit, or finance
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or as a chief accountant in Lithuania
- Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian tax system (VAT, CIT, PIT, VMI/Sodra reporting)
- Confident use of 1C or other Lithuanian accounting software
- Ability to handle multi-currency operations (EUR, USDT, BTC, ETH as assets/inflows)
- Good level of spoken and written English and Russian
- Able to read and draft documents in English
