Job Summary
Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term program for Early Career Talent to experience life at Binance and understand the blockchain ecosystem. The Ukraine Marketing team is looking for a motivated person to join as a junior growth marketer, focusing on content development, paid acquisition channels, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. As a member of the team, you will assist with content creation, support internal communication initiatives, optimize paid advertising campaigns, and contribute to ASO testing and improvements. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast or junior growth marketer eager to deepen their skills in digital marketing within a fast-paced Web3 environment. With fluency in English required and additional languages an advantage, this role offers opportunities for growth and development in the blockchain industry. Binance Accelerator Program provides flexible remote work options, $4,000/year travel stipends, and equity in a fast-growing company.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials;
- Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages);
- Help optimize and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.);
- Contribute to ASO (App Store Optimization) testing and improvements;
- Assist with SEO strategy execution (keyword research, content optimization);
- Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics;
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus);
- Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and willingness to learn deeper;
- Basic knowledge of ASO/SEO is a plus;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail;
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage (Fluency in Ukrainian);
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
