Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and optimization of the recommendation system to improve recommendation performance and user experience.
- Research and apply technologies such as machine learning, data mining, and natural language processing to enhance recommendation algorithms.
- Analyze user behavior data to uncover user needs and interests, and propose personalized recommendation strategies.
- Assist with large-scale data processing and feature engineering to support the implementation of recommendation algorithms.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive the iteration and innovation of the recommendation system.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Familiar with common machine learning algorithms and recommendation system models such as collaborative filtering, matrix factorization, and deep learning.
- Strong programming skills and proficiency in languages such as Python or Go.
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms, with the ability to write efficient code.
- Some experience in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- A team player with good communication skills and proactiveness.
