Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the Latam/BR Affiliate and KOL Program end-to-end: Strategy and planning per semester including discovery, contracting, management, briefing, activation, reporting, evaluation;
- Help to manage the current KOLS & Affiliate portfolio with communication, organization, reporting;
- Support branding initiatives of Marketing events, campaigns, launches and PR/Comms;
- Correct usage of internal tools (i.e. Impact);
- Support local team with feedback and insights from the KOL Community;
- Support the team to identify important KOLs/Influencers from different segments in the region to collaborate with;
- Help managing Campaigns, Events and Incentive Programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Event Management;Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience with influencers, preferably in Event / Social Media Agencies, crypto exchanges/fintech/eCommerce/tech/gaming;
- Experience in community management and events is required;
- Good copy writing skills;
- Video editing and experienced with FIGMA for social media content creation;
- Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto / blockchain / technology space;
- Extremely organized, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects;
- Language skills: Spanish and English;
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
