Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to gain immersive experience in the Web3 space. As an affiliate marketer, you will assist in managing and supporting campaigns, coordinating with partners and influencers, monitoring performance metrics, and creating promotional materials. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This program is ideal for those interested in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and the crypto/Web3 industry. With fluency in English required, you will have opportunities to work independently and as part of a team, and learn from experienced professionals. The program is designed to propel your career forward and provide valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supporting affiliate marketing campaigns and partnerships;Help coordinate communication and collaboration with affiliate partners and influencers;
- Monitor and report on affiliate performance metrics and campaign results;
- Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials and content;
- Assist in tracking referral activities and ensuring accurate reward distribution;
- Conduct market research to identify potential affiliate partners and opportunities;
- Help maintain and update affiliate databases and documentation;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, and product to ensure campaign compliance and effectiveness;
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new affiliate marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;
- Strong interest in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and the crypto/Web3 industry;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Understanding on social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage (Russian);
- Previous internship or experience in marketing or affiliate programs is a big plus but not required.
