Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Process and review invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements, crypto wallets, and merchant accounts
- Monitor cash flows and assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Support audits by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor queries
- Work cross-functionally with operations, legal, and product teams to align on financial processes and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of professional Accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
- Experience with financial systems 1C and Excel/Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication in Russian and English
