Job Summary
StackAdapt is seeking an Account Manager (AM) to join their expanding Revenue team in Spain. The successful candidate will play a key role in post-sales relationships, client communications, and campaign management. They must have strong understanding of clients' business objectives and be able to proactively communicate how new features can maximize ROI. As a Remote First company, StackAdapt is open to candidates located anywhere in Spain for this position. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and Spanish, real-time bidding/programmatic expertise, and experience managing client relationships and growing revenue. They should also be comfortable with technical concepts and platform-based knowledge, as well as travel frequently to client meetings.
Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Act as main point of contact for your portfolio of clients, supporting managed and self-serve users, understanding their goals and resolving any issues
- Ensure client campaigns are successful by communicating with client on their business/campaign goals, providing strategic solutions/recommendations and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
- Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on StackAdapt Advertising DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting to clients
- Participate in the identification of any potential opportunities to improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency within the department
- In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education
What you'll bring to the table:
- Fluency in English (professional) and Spanish (native)
- Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
- Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
- Proven success in managing client relationships and assisting in growing revenue
- The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
- Comfortable to travel frequently to client meetings within their region
